If you have the video you can pull out the audio easy enough. Descript can polish it up quickly & easily. You would have to pay for a podcast host platform. Substack offers one option and ties in nicely with your current following. The reason I ask is because YT will drop someone else's ads in your content. Plus a podcast fits in with most people's non-desk time such as driving, chores, workouts (myself included). So... More reach. But it has tradeoffs of course such as the time and (small) cost noted above. Just depends what you're aiming for with the additional content.
On a personal note, I really want to check this out but it's outside of my content routine and I keep forgetting to put it on when I'm driving, working out, doing chores. It's just outside of how I personally would consume this, so it gets missed. Feel free to ping me if you want to run through some pod setup.
